- 37.5ml Jameson
- 12.5ml lemon juice
- 25ml of pressed apple juice
- 12.5ml Kiwi Schnapps
- Spoonful of sugar
- 1 whole kiwi
- Muddle and stir
- Handful of ice
- Muddle and stir
- Fill with ice
- Garnish with kiwi
