- 20ml spiced mango syrup*
- 100ml hot water
- 5ml lime
- Add all ingredients to a pre-heated hot toddy glass.
- Stir and garnish with a lime wedge and cumin seeds.

- Add all ingredients to a pre-heated hot toddy glass.
- Stir and garnish with a lime wedge and cumin seeds.
*Add 500g water, 500g white granulated sugar, one ripe, peeled and chopped mango, a small pinch of pink himalayan sea salt and a small pinch of cumin seeds to a pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain, bottle and refrigerate. Use within two weeks.
