A lover of Argentine gastronomy and cocktails, Agustin has been a professional cook and bartender for more than 5 years. His passion lies in working with authentic Argentinian flavours, and incorporates native foods, fruits and drinks into all of his recipes - whether he's cooking a feast or mixing a drink. El General features Argentinian wine and has a smooth taste with a woody & fruity finish with light sour & citric notes.

  • 90 ml. Jameson black barrel
  • 30 ml. Red wine reduction (Argentinian wine)
  • 10ml. Orange liqueur
  • Mate herbs
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine Jameson Black Barrel, Red Wine reduction, Orange liqueur, and Mate herbs.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Strain into a small glass of your choosing.
  • Garnish with an orange peel twist.
