Himalayan Hot Toddy ​#​1

  • 45ml Jameson
  • 20ml spiced mango syrup*
  • 100ml hot water
  • 5ml lime
  • Add all ingredients to a pre-heated hot toddy glass.
  • Stir and garnish with a lime wedge and cumin seeds.

  • 20ml spiced mango syrup*
  • 100ml hot water
  • 5ml lime

How To Make

  • Add all ingredients to a pre-heated hot toddy glass.
  • Stir and garnish with a lime wedge and cumin seeds.

*Add 500g water, 500g white granulated sugar, one ripe, peeled and chopped mango, a small pinch of pink himalayan sea salt and a small pinch of cumin seeds to a pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain, bottle and refrigerate. Use within two weeks.
