Jameson Cold Brew-tini

Meet your espresso martini's Irish cousin: the Jameson Brew-tini. A fun take on a classic bar cocktail, this smooth sip tastes elegant, but is easy enough to mix up at home.

  • 50ml Jameson® Cold Brew
  • 30ml Espresso Coffee
  • 10ml Simple Syrup
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
  • Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
  • Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
  • To make simple syrup: Dissolve 250g white sugar in 250ml of hot water. Bottle and refrigerate.
