Meet your espresso martini's Irish cousin: the Jameson Brew-tini. A fun take on a classic bar cocktail, this smooth sip tastes elegant, but is easy enough to mix up at home.
- 50ml Jameson® Cold Brew
- 30ml Espresso Coffee
- 10ml Simple Syrup
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
- To make simple syrup: Dissolve 250g white sugar in 250ml of hot water. Bottle and refrigerate.
