Drink recipe

Prepare a big bowl of this refreshing apple cider cocktail with rhubarb, lemon and Jameson Irish Whiskey, and your work for the night is already done.

  • 500 Milliliters Apple Juice, Fresh Pressed
  • 300 Milliliters Boiling Water
  • 300 Milliliters Honey
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1½ Liters Irish Cider
  • 1 Bottle Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 3 Whole Lemon
  • 4 Sticks Rhubarb
Units
  1. Pop 4 sticks of rhubarb, zest and juice of 3 lemons, 300ml of honey, 300ml and half a litre of apple juice into a blender.
  2. Blend everything and sieve the mixture into another bowl.
  3. Add 1 bottle of Jameson and a litre and a half of dry Irish cider.
  4. Serve in short glass over ice, garnished with sliced lemons and rhubarb.
