The Black Pearl

DUBAI IN JULY

A thirst quencher to battle the heat of the desert.

This month’s cocktail comes from Yaroslav Proshuta who offers us a much-needed whiskey-oasis from Dubai’s summer sun. Irish skin and solar rays have never been a good mix. Luckily, Yaroslav’s cocktail, ‘The Black Pearl’, certainly is.

Made with our much loved Jameson Black Barrel whiskey, he describes the cocktail as, “pleasant, refreshing and fragrant on the pallet with an impression of lightness and laid back taste”. Yaroslav’s never been to Ireland but he seems to know his way around our Irish spirit.

Named after the infamous pirate ship and served in a pipe glass for added effect theatre, Yaroslav says this cocktail will take you to another dimension.

Try it yourself and see where it takes you.
