Meet André

André travelled to the Bartenders Gathering from the Lac Drolet, Quebec, Canada - a tiny village with a sprawling forest and lake. It sounds magical, and to be honest, so are André’s drinks. André was the Mix Master champion at the Bartenders Gathering, winning with his cocktail inspired by his home, named The Foggy Dew. André stayed behind in Ireland to do a guest bartending shift in one of Dublin’s best bars, with an Irish bartender he met at the Gathering.

The Foggy Dew

André's signature Jameson cocktail and winner of the 2018 Jameson Mixmaster competition, The Foggy Dew.
  • 60ml Jameson Black Barrel
  • 2 Dashes Green Chartreuse
  • 120ml McIntosh Apple Juice
  • 15ml Appalaches Birch Syrup
  • EffetVertSens Sparkling Balsam Fir Water
  • Fill a mixing Glass with ice.
  • Add 60ml Jameson, 2 dashes Chartreuse, 120ml apple juice, 15ml birch syrup.
  • Stir and strain into iced filled tall glass.
  • Top with EffetVertSens sparkiling Balsam Fir Water.
  • Garnish with conifer branch (Pine, Spruce or Fir)

How To Make
