How do I create an account?

Step 1. Click the Login button or the content you wish to watch.

Step 2.Select the Sign up option at the top of the form.

Step 3. Fill in the register form and click the Register button.

You will receive an email confirmation for a successfully created account.

How do I make a charity donation?
You can make a donation during the performance by following the below steps. https://alotrolado.org

Step 1. Click on the DONATE button.

Step 2. Select the desired donation option.

Step 3. Enter the required information depending on your previous choice.

Step 4. Press the Pay button.

You will immediately receive a thank you message.
How do I login and watch?
Step 1. Click the Login button or the content you wish to watch.

Step 2. On the form that appears, enter your login credentials (email and password).

Step 3. Click on Login.

How do I reset my password?
Step 1. Navigate to the login form by clicking on the Login button or on the content you wish to watch.

Step 2. Click the Forgot Password link below the password field on the login form.

Step 3. Enter your email address and click the Reset button.

Step 4. A new window will pop up. Make sure to leave it open.

Step 5. Check your email. You will receive a password reset token. If you don’t see it in your Inbox, make sure to check your Spam and Trash folders.

Step 6. Copy the Token and paste it in the first field of the window that popped up previously.

Step 7. Enter your new password in the second and third field.

Step 8. Click Set

Can I watch on multiple devices with my account?
Yes. You can watch on multiple devices at the same time using the same account.

Is payment of donations on your site secure?

Yes! All sensitive data we handle is sent via SSL.
This is not indicated as a site-wide use of HTTPS as it is not; it’s purely the calls that need to be made via HTTPS such as private user details or payment information.
The security of the site is visible using any website inspection tool.
Why was my credit card declined?
Credit or debit card can be declined in the following cases:
1. Lack of funding.

2. The fraud control system flagged the user as suspicious.

What is a CVV number and how do I find it?
The CVV Number (“Card Verification Value”) is the 3 digit number located at the back of your VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® branded credit and debit cards. On your American Express® branded credit or debit card it is a 4 digit numeric code.

Al Otro Lado provides holistic legal and humanitarian support to indigent refugees, deportees, and other migrants in the US and Tijuana through a multidisciplinary, client-centred, harm reduction-based practice. How can I watch the Jameson Connects event?
Jameson Connects is available exclusively via live stream. Jameson Connects will NOT be broadcast live on TV. You can watch the live stream from this web page.

From which countries can I watch the live stream?
You can watch the Jameson Connects live stream from around the world. There is no geographic restriction here.

In what language is the live stream offered?
The live stream is provided in English (with English commentary).

Do I need an e-mail to access the show?
Yes, the only way to access to the live stream is with a registered e-mail.

When does the show start?
The live stream will start at the following times:

Can I stream the show on a different date or time?
No. The show can only be viewed on St. Patrick’s Day…..also known as 17th March.

What can I do if I do not receive the unique code on the day of the show?

Is there anything else I need to do before the show starts?
Just log back into your account for the start of the show and if you feel like it, grab yourself a Jameson Irish Whiskey, sit back and enjoy.

Content and Streaming

Where and how can I watch the live stream?
You can watch the live stream via a PC, Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone, or stream via TV using an HDMI cable. You can also watch the event via the web browser of your Smart TV, but we strongly recommend using an HDMI cable if you want to enjoy it undisturbed!

Can I watch the show on a different device?
Yes. You can watch on multiple devices at the same time using the same account.

Can I watch on a TV or via Chromecast/Airplay?
With Smart TVs, the options mainly depend on the version of your TV.You may be able to stream smoothly with certain renditions, but this may not be the case with other renditions. Therefore, we normally recommend using a computer, laptop, tablet or other type of device to enjoy your content.

I am experiencing problems with the streaming quality of the live stream
Try the following:

  1. Refresh your browser page.
  2. Disconnect all other devices connected to your network and turn off all running background applications to increase your connection speed.
  3. Clear your browser’s cache data and cookies.
  4. Enter the website through the private / incognito mode.
  5. Try to use a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Edge etc.).
  6. Try using a different device.
  7. .Make sure you are not using a VPN.
  8. Restart your router.
  9. Restart your device.
  10. Try to use a different network, such as a different WiFi connection, 4G or a Hotspot.
