Located in the cultural hub of Heroes Square in Limassol, Madam is home to an extensive list of creative and interesting new cocktails. From fruity to spicy, they offer cocktails for every palette. The Bar's stone walls paired with custom built décor creates a romantic atmosphere, perfect for a night on the town.

Bartender Christos brings us the Jameson Trail cocktail - a multi-layered drink with a spicy touch of fifty shades of sage.

  • 60 ml Jameson Original
  • 15 ml pimento dram
  • 35 ml dry sage syrup with infused with cooked chilli flakes into an apple vinegar and honey
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes peach bitters
  • Fresh sage
  • Nutmeg (for decoration)
  • Add all ingredients (except nutmeg) to a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake and double strain
  • Serve in a coupe glass and sprinkle with nutmeg

How To Make

  • Add all ingredients (except nutmeg) to a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake and double strain
  • Serve in a coupe glass and sprinkle with nutmeg
