  • 2 parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • 0.5 part Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 part Peach Schnapps
  • 2 parts Ginger Beer
  • Combine Jameson Black Barrel and lemon juice, and Peach Schnapps in a tin
  • Shake and strain over ice
  • Top with ginger beer
  • Garnish with rosemary
