Stout Edition Irish Coffee

A new innovative take on the the classic Irish Coffee, the coffee and chocolatey flavours of our Stout Edition are the perfect match for the stout and cold brew coffee in this cocktail. A modern classic.

  • 50ml Jameson Stout Edition
  • 15ml Demerara Syrup
  • 90ml Coffee
  • Lightly whipped cream
  • Grated Nutmeg to garnish
  • Make Demerara Syrup: Dissolve 500g demerara in 250ml of hot water. Bottle and refrigerate.
  • Add boiling water to your Irish Coffee Glass to pre-heat it.
  • Discard the water.
  • Add the Jameson, demerara syrup and the coffee to the glass and stir gently.
  • Top with lightly whipped cream and garnish with a little grated nutmeg.

How To Make
