Great American Beer Festival® Barrel Aged Beer

Knock Out Ginger

“Working to invoke the character of the classic Jameson and Ginger cocktail, this farmhouse ale aged in Jameson Barrels and finished with ginger finishes dry and crisp with heavy notes of ginger and subtle hints of higher alcohols and a kiss of the barrels.”

The Smoothness

“The Smoothness is a rich, silky dark lager aged in Jameson Caskmates barrels, directly from Ireland. This collaboration release was inspired by our time at the Midleton Distillery for our Jameson Caskmates Brewery Partner program partnership. The Smoothness opens with a velvety mouthfeel and rounds out with roasted malt flavors and notes of vanilla and oak. One sip and the name explains itself.”

Tell Us About Your Neighborhood
"We've been in Denver since 1994. We started in what's now called the Ball Park neighborhood, because it’s two blocks from Coors Field, but when we opened Coors Field wasn’t even there yet. When we expanded a mile down the road to a different neighborhood (called RiNo, River North Arts District), we worked closely with the city, as they were focused on adding infrastructure and growing this area of town into the thriving hot spot that it is now. We even opened a taproom here, when all we initially needed was the production and warehouse space, just to give a friendly front door to the developing neighborhood. So, Denver means a lot to us. We were one of the first breweries in Colorado, and we remain the largest and longest-standing packaging breweries in the city. Our culture and our beer is hugely inspired by embracing the urban lifestyle, while appreciating the mountains nearby."
