Salt Infusions and Bitters
Infusion Confusion: Anything in your spice cabinet can be used for infusions.
- Infuse directly, let it sit for 20/30 minutes and strain. Use any herbs like dried sage and salt, pulverize, and you can use as a sage salt on your drink rim!
A little bitter? Only in our drinks!
- Bitters are the salt and pepper of the cocktail world. Made with concentrated spices like ginger, clove, cinnamon or citrus peel, you only use 2-3 dashes at a time. They’re widely available, last a while and come in many flavors.
- To make at home, all you need is an over-proofed spirit with a base of different spices.
