Lee is a London-based chef who loves high impact flavours and cooking over fire. In this latest series, Lee is taken back to his Irish roots and heads to the Midleton Distillery to meet Ger Buckley and discuss all things Jameson Black Barrel.\u200b<\/p>\n

As a chef, ingredients are paramount to what Lee does. And it\u2019s a similar story with\u00a0the Jameson Black Barrel production process. The accentuation of flavour that\u00a0Jameson Black Barrel experiences by being matured in double charred casks is\u00a0replicated by Lee, who uses fire to accentuate the flavour in his food.
