  1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of PRUK, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion.<\/li>\n
  2. Promoter:<\/strong> Pernod Ricard UK Limited (\u201cPRUK<\/strong>\u201d), Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG. Please do not send entries or other communication to this address.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. The promotion shall commence at 00:00 on 04.03.26 and will close at 23:59 on 24.03.26 (the \u201cPromotional Period<\/strong>\u201d).<\/li>\n
  4. To enter entrants must tag a friend in the comments of the promotional Facebook or X post. A registered Facebook or X account is required to enter.<\/li>\n
  5. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period.<\/li>\n
  6. Each entry:\n

    1. must be suitable for display and publication online and should not be obscene or indecent (including but not limited to nudity, pornography or profanity), it must not contain defamatory statements or words or symbols that are offensive either generally or to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group. It must not include threats to any person, place, business or group, it must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, and it must not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations or network standards;<\/li>\n
    2. must not contain any copyrighted works (other than as owned by the entrant);<\/li>\n
    3. must not include any link to inappropriate drinking; and<\/li>\n
    4. must not include images of anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 25 (in order to comply with the Portman Group\u2019s Code of Practice).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. If anyone, other than you, appears in your entry, you must have their permission to use their name and\/or likeness in the manner contemplated by this competition.<\/li>\n
      2. If any group of people elects to collaborate on a submission, they are required to designate one person as the agent of the group to enter the competition, agree to these terms and conditions and accept the prize on behalf of the group.<\/li>\n
      3. By participating in this competition, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this competition (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).<\/li>\n
      4. If you submit an entry that includes materials in which the rights are owned by a third party, including intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademarks, you will be responsible for any legal action that that party may take against you.<\/li>\n
      5. Entrants shall indemnify and hold PRUK and its affiliates, directors, agents or other partners (\u201cthe Indemnitees\u201d) harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of PRUK\u2019s use of the entrant\u2019s submission including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.<\/li>\n
      6. No responsibility will be accepted for any entry that is incomplete or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions in any way.<\/li>\n
      7. There is 1 prize to be won. The prize consists of 2 x general admission tickets to an EFL game. Both attendees to the EFL game must be over 18 years old as of the start date of this Promotion.<\/li>\n
      8. When the winner is contacted to confirm their prize, they will be asked to provide their top three preferred 2025\/26 season EFL matches to attend. PRUK will make reasonable efforts to secure tickets for one of these preferred matches; however, this is subject to ticket availability and cannot be guaranteed. Given that the current 2025\/26 season will end approximately two months after the competition closes, PRUK will endeavour to provide tickets for a match within this season, but if suitable tickets are unavailable, the prize may be fulfilled by providing tickets for a match in the 2026\/27 season.<\/li>\n
      9. The first valid entry drawn at random from all correct entries in the presence of an independent adjudicator shall win the prize. In the event of any dispute the decision of PRUK is final. No correspondence will be entered into.<\/li>\n
      10. PRUK will notify the winner via email within 28 days of the relevant draw. The winner has 14 days to claim the prize. If the prize goes unclaimed the prize will lapse and PRUK reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner in accordance with these terms.<\/li>\n
      11. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative. In the unlikely event of one the prizes not being available PRUK reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.<\/li>\n
      12. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the rules.<\/li>\n
      13. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of PRUK and which prevents PRUK from complying with these terms and conditions PRUK will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.<\/li>\n
      14. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.<\/li>\n
      15. PRUK reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and any companions\/guests of the winner(s). PRUK may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying said eligibility and the prize may be withheld until and unless PRUK is satisfied with the verification.<\/li>\n
      16. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, PRUK reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.<\/li>\n
      17. By entering this Promotion, participants forfeit ownership rights of the content submitted. PRUK retains the right to use the submitted content in any media and through any media channel and on other social media wherever they see fit, and you grant PRUK a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to do so.<\/li>\n
      18. Personal data which is provided by entrants on entering the Promotion will be processed and stored in a database by PRUK for the purpose of managing the Promotion. By providing personal information, entrants consent to the processing and storage of personal information by PRUK for this purpose PRUK\u2019s privacy policy is available here: https:\/\/www.pernod-ricard.com\/en\/privacy-policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n
      19. All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of the return date of the holiday. Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing groupdpo@pernod-ricard.com<\/a>. If an entrant withdraws consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, they will also be withdrawn from the Promotion itself.<\/li>\n
      20. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or X nor is Facebook or X associated with this Promotion. Any information you disclose during this promotion is disclosed to PRUK and not to Facebook or X. The entrant releases Facebook and X for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the Promotion.<\/li>\n
      21. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.<\/li>\n
      22. The winner\u2019s details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to PRUK within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.<\/li>\n
      23. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
