Star-cross’d lovers go wild for this Valentine’s Day cocktail. Some say it’s to die for. Kinda dramatic if you ask us.

100 ml Lillet Rouge

500 ml Pomegranate Juice

300 ml Strawberry Syrup

300 ml Lemon
-
20 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Ice Cubes
-
Pomegranate seeds
-
1 Bottle Jameson Irish Whiskey

3⅓ Parts Lillet Rouge

16⅔ Parts Pomegranate Juice

10 Parts Strawberry Syrup

10 Parts Lemon
-
20 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

How to make
-
Add all ingredients to a bowl with ice and stir well.

Serve in a rocks glass.
1.Add 250g sugar, 250ml water, 100g strawberries (fresh or frozen both work) to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
2.Allow to cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.
