How to make

Build over ice in a highball glass and stir gently.

Garnish with an orange zest or a sprig of rosemary.
1. You need 6 oranges (or 500ml orange juice from a carton), 200g sugar.
2. Add the juice of the oranges, zest of half and orange and sugar to a saucepan and heat on a medium low heat to dissolve the sugar. (You can keep the rest of the orange skins for garnishes if you like.)
3. Once sugar is dissolved, allow to cool before straining.
4. Bottle and refrigerate.
