Final Sale, No Returns, No Exchanges:

All jackets are final sale and may not be refunded [or exchanged], unless the jacket arrives defective or damaged, in which case you may be eligible for a refund.
All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.

Any damaged items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.



Refund Procedure (if applicable)

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you may request a refund or exchange. To arrange for a refund, please contact us at  jameson-jacket@jamesonspe.com within 2 days of receipt of the jacket and provide a receipt or proof of purchase and an explanation of the issue with your order.

Upon receipt of your email, we will contact you to confirm whether your order is eligible for a refund. If you were approved for a refund, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
