All jackets are final sale and may not be refunded [or exchanged], unless the jacket arrives defective or damaged, in which case you may be eligible for a refund.<\/span>
\n<\/span>All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any damaged items must be returned <\/span>unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you may request a refund or exchange. To arrange for a refund, please contact us at <\/span>\u00a0jameson-jacket@jamesonspe.com<\/a><\/span> within 2 days of receipt of the jacket and provide a receipt or proof of purchase and an explanation of the issue with your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

Upon receipt of your email, we will contact you to confirm whether your order is eligible for a refund. If you were approved for a refund, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
