12:00:00am Eastern Time (\u201cET\u201d) on <b>9\/25\/2025<\/b> and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on <b>10\/26\/2025<\/b> (the \u201cRegistration Period\u201d).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Void outside the (50) United States and D.C., and wherever restricted or prohibited by law.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Eligibility \u2013 Who May Enter:<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Each individual entering the Contest (each, an \u201cEntrant\u201d), at the time of entry: (a) must be a legal resident of the (50) United States or D.C.; (b) must be 21 years or older; (c) must have a valid U.S. driver\u2019s license or government issued photo identification; (d) must have access to the internet in order to enter; (e) may not be, or at any time since August 1, 2025, have been, an employee, officer, director, member, Contest; or an employee, officer, director, member, shareholder, or agent of any licensed alcohol wholesaler, manufacturer, distributor or retailer of alcohol-beverage products (collectively, \u201cReleased Parties\u201d); (f) may not be an immediate family member or household member of any individual identified in item (e) above.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cImmediate family members\u201d includes, for purposes of this Contest, parents (including in-laws), step-parents, grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), half-siblings, children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses and\/or domestic partners, regardless of where they reside.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cHousehold members\u201d means people who share the same residence at least three (3) months per year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>How to Enter &amp; Play \u2013 Online Registration:<\/b> To enter, scan the QR Code on applicable point-of-sale materials using your mobile device\u2019s camera, or directly visit <a Period\u201d.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Entrants must fully complete the online registration page with all required information including his\/her name, valid email address, phone number <i>(including area code)<\/i>, state of residence and date of birth.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, and agreeing to receive offers and updates via email from Sponsor, click the submit button to submit your online entry.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><b>Catch the Jameson Football online game:<\/b> after completing the registration, the entrant must participate in the \u2018Catch the Jameson Football\u2019 online game for that associated game play period (see below).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Entrants shall click the \u2018Start Game\u2019 button to receive ten (10) throws from the online quarterback, and must utilize their mouse or finger to move and position their on-screen receiver gloves to attempt to catch the ball after it is thrown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><b>Points:<\/b> Entrants shall receive points for each successful on-screen catch, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor:\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><b>30 points<\/b>: awarded for each successful catch attempt during the game (up to 300 points);<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><b>10 bonus points<\/b>: awarded for each successful consecutive catch attempt during the game (up to 90 points);<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><b>25 points<\/b>: awarded for every (3) successful consecutive catch attempts during the game (up to 75 points);<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><b>25 points<\/b>: awarded for seven (7) successful consecutive catch attempts during the game (up to 25 points);<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">The perfect score for successfully catching all (10) pass attempts during the game shall be 490 points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><b>Game Play Periods: <\/b>Entrants may participate in the online \u2018Catch the Jameson Football\u2019 game a maximum of one time during the entire Registration Period, and their score shall be included in the Leader Board (see below) for their associated game play period.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Once they have registered, entrants may not register or participate again in any other game play periods.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Once the entrant initiates their game play attempt, they may not restart their attempt, pause the game or play again.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Game play periods shall be as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Game Play Period 1: 9\/25\/2025 (12:00:00am ET ) \u2013 10\/2\/2025 (11:59:59pm ET)<br \/>\nGame Play Period 2: 10\/3\/2025 (12:00:00am ET ) \u2013 10\/10\/2025 (11:59:59pm ET)<br \/>\nGame Play Period 3: 10\/11\/2025 (12:00:00am ET ) \u2013 10\/18\/2025 (11:59:59pm ET)<br \/>\nGame Play Period 4: 10\/19\/2025 (12:00:00am ET ) \u2013 10\/26\/2025 (11:59:59pm ET)<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Leaderboard:<\/b> after each entrant\u2019s successful game play attempt, their point total shall be added to the Leader Board for their associated game play period.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>There is a maximum of one entry and game play during the entire Registration Period, regardless of which game play period they participate in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>All entries must be fully complete for all required information and must be received by 11:59pm ET on 10\/26\/2025<\/b> <b>to be eligible.<\/b><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><b>Maximum of one entry per programming or technical errors, or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and\/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Entrants may opt out of Email notifications at any time, without affecting their entry, by following provided opt-out instructions.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>By participating and submitting an entry, contestant agrees that sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, mail, phone or any other form of media to make contestant aware of information pertinent to the Promotion, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or promotional offers, or coupons. Contestants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Each participant must submit an entry on his\/her own behalf.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person\u2019s email address or name, or providing any false email addresses or information, will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple\/different emails, identities, or any other methods void that participant&#8217;s entries and that participant may be disqualified.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">In the event of a dispute as to any entry, registration or submission, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register, and associated with the entry will be deemed to be the registrant and s\/he must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The \u201cauthorized account holder\u201d is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">By registering to enter Contest, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Contest Rules.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>All entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the official rules of the Contest.<b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><b><i><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Winner Determination and Notification (maximum 20 winners): <\/b>a total of twenty (20) prizes will be available to be awarded during the entire Registration Period, a total of five (5) winners per game play period, as outlined below.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Top five (5) point scorers per game play period:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/b>Winners shall be determined based upon the top five (5) point scorers within each game play period, based upon their successful participation in the online \u2018Catch the Jameson Football\u2019 game.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The top five (5) points leaders for each game play period shall be as solely determined and designated by Sponsor.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li4\"><b>Tie Breaker:<\/b> in the event of any ties among the top five (5) finishers for highest point total within any game play period, the tie-breaker shall be a random drawing from among the tied contestants.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Only the top five (5) point scorers <i>(including the results of any tie-breaker procedures required)<\/i>, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, within each game play period shall be eligible to receive a prize award.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><b>(5) winners per game play period: <\/b>The game player period dates to determine the top five (5) point scorers <i>(including the results of any tie-breaker procedures required) <\/i>per game play period shall be as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Game Play Period 1: 9\/25\/2025 \u2013 10\/2\/2025 (Five (5) winners \u2013 Top five (5) point scorers)<\/p>\n<p>Game Play Period 2: 10\/3\/2025 \u2013 10\/10\/2025 (Five (5) winners \u2013 Top five (5) point scorers)<\/p>\n<p>Game Play Period 3: 10\/11\/2025 \u2013 10\/18\/2025 (Five (5) winners \u2013 Top five (5) point scorers)<\/p>\n<p>Game Play Period 4: 10\/19\/2025 \u2013 10\/26\/2025 (Five (5) winners \u2013 Top five (5) point scorers)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Each potential winner will be notified initially by phone and\/or email following their selection.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach and speak directly with a selected potential prize winner by phone within 48-hours of the initial notification attempt to the phone number or email address associated with that contestant\u2019s entry, then that contestant may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries received and notified as per the procedures outlined above (<i>time permitting<\/i>).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><b>Note: phone messages will not be left during the winner notification process.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">During winner notification, the selected potential winner must confirm their eligibility, and indicate their willingness and ability to accept the prize.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The potential winner will then receive official notification via email delivery.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If the selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize or elects to decline the prize, s\/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor\u2019s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above (<i>time permitting<\/i>).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Any disqualified contestant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><b>Decisions of the Administrator in the selection and determination of the winners and all matters relating to this Contest are final and binding.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All of the following will apply to each grand prize winner: 1) Winner will be required to complete and return, within 3-days of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form, including an affidavit of eligibility and a liability\/publicity release;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>2) Winner may be required to present a copy of a valid social security card and a valid driver\u2019s license as a condition of participating or receiving any prize;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>and 3) Winner will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) on all prizes awarded.<span and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Prize Award (maximum 20 winners):<\/b><\/span> each prize award shall consist of: one (1) Jameson branded Football Flask.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Make, model, color, design and option as solely determined and designated by Sponsor.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate merchandise item of approximate equal or greater value at its sole discretion, based upon availability.<b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/b>All merchandise items are awarded \u2018as is\u2019 without warranty, express or implied.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Approximate Retail Value (\u201cARV\u201d) of each prize award: $80.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Total ARV of all available prize awards: $1,600.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Prize winners must accept delivery of prize in the method as solely determined and designated by Sponsor.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Prize shall be shipped to the designated winner residential address as provided at the time of entry and\/or winner notification via USPS or other Sponsor designated shipping\/mail carrier, or as otherwise designated by Sponsor.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><b>Allow approximately 8 \u2013 12 weeks for delivery. <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Once shipped, prize shall be considered awarded, delivered and fulfilled, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for any prize shipment that is lost, late, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, misdelivered, damaged or stolen, or any incorrect shipping address provided by winner.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>In the event of any delivery issues, prize award shall not be replaced or substituted with any alternate prize award or compensation.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Winner shall look solely to designated shipper\/carrier and not to Sponsor for any delivery issues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>General Prize Conditions:<\/b><\/span> <b>No alcoholic beverage is part of any prize award.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/b>All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance, delivery, redemption or use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Additional Rules &amp; Restrictions: <\/b>By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Contest.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he\/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in Contest constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use entrants\u2019 names, cities and states of residence and\/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">By participating, entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant\u2019s participation in this Contest, or the acceptance, possession or use\/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties\u2019 sole control.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone equipment, Internet access and cellular networks. Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor\u2019s control, or otherwise. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant&#8217;s ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant\u2019s or any other person\u2019s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Contest, administration or execution of the Contest, the cancellation of the game, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winner.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, reschedule or terminate the Contest for any reason including, but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, force majeure, government regulatory action or ruling,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>fraud, misconduct, or if any technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Contest, in the opinion of the Sponsor\/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Contest as determined by Sponsor\/Administrator, in their sole discretion.
