Tropical IPA

When the Caskmate met the coconut. 

The closest you can get to having sand between your toes without, well, having sand between your toes. Creamy coconut sets sail with citrus fresh notes to transport you to the tropics faster than you can set your Out Of Office to 'Gone to Tahiti. Coming back never.'

  • 35ml Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition
  • 75ml coconut water
  • 10ml IPA syrup
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • Grated lime zest
  • Dessicated coconut
  • Maldon Sea Salt Flakes
  • Stir 35ml Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition, 75ml coconut water, 10ml IPA syrup and 10ml fresh lime juice in a mixing glass filled with rock ice and then strain into an ice filled highball.
  • Garnish the edge of the glass with grated lime zest, desiccated coconut and Maldon Sea Salt Flakes.

  • 75ml coconut water
  • 10ml IPA syrup
  • 10ml fresh lime juice

  • Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

How To Make

  • Stir 35ml Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition, 75ml coconut water, 10ml IPA syrup and 10ml fresh lime juice in a mixing glass filled with rock ice and then strain into an ice filled highball.
  • Garnish the edge of the glass with grated lime zest, desiccated coconut and Maldon Sea Salt Flakes.

To make IPA syrup: Warm 250ml IPA beer with 250g castor sugar stirring until all the sugar dissolves. Refrigerate before use.
