  • Batch over ice (in any container you have)
  • 1 Part Jameson
  • 4 Parts Pineapple Tepache (click the link to learn how to make Tepache at home!)
  • 5 Part Lemon Juice
  • Shake
  • Strain over ice
  • Garnish with pineapple wedge
  • Enjoy!
