The slew of great beers in the Fremont/Ballard neighborhoods inspired Dan Yeisley of Fremont to create this cocktail. The fresh citrus notes of Jameson IPA Edition meet lime and lemon and are finished with IPA beer foam for a truly memorable drink.
- 1.5 parts Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition
- 0.5 part Lime Juice
- 0.5 part Lemon Juice
- 0.25 part Simple Syrup
- IPA beer
- Pour ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and shake
- In separate mixing glass, shake IPA beer into foam
- Top drink with IPA foam
