Partnering with Jameson for International Women\u2019s Day 2023, Holly concocted the Cheung Fun Old Fashioned. Inspired by her east Asian surroundings; umami flavours of soy and sesame, gives a Cheung Fun the perfect balance of sweet and savoury.<\/p>\n

\u201cI’ve lived in Asia for well over a decade, having called Hong Kong home for the best part of that. I love Cantonese food, and love using soy in cocktails, so wanted to base an Old Fashioned on the flavour of Cheung Fun – a dish of rice rolls doused in different sauces – including soy – and topped with sesame seeds. The salty umami of soy and sesame plays really well with whiskey too.\u201d<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n
