During the summer, many folks in Wallingford sell homemade lemonade. Bartender Jordan Thompson decided to give them a run for their money with this cocktail that mixes the intense flavors of Jameson Black Barrel with a sour and sweet lemonade all his own.
- 1.5 parts Jameson Black Barrel
- 1.5 parts Lemon Juice
- 1 part Blackberry Daiquiri and Margarita Pure Cane Mix
- 1 part Soda Water
- Fill pint glass with ice
- Add Jameson Black Barrel, lemon juice, and blackberry mix
- Shake and strain into a pint glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with three blackberries
