Bow St. Belter

Get on the espresso to Perk Up Town with the Bow St. Belter. We haven't found unequivocal proof of cold brew coffee in early 19th century Dublin, but nevertheless we like to think of this as John Jameson's sharpener after a long day at the distillery.

  • 45ml Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition
  • 10ml maple syrup
  • 25ml cold brew coffee
  • 5ml yellow chartreuse
  • 3 dashes of dark walnut bitters
  • Add 45ml Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition, 10ml maple syrup, 25ml cold brew coffee, 5ml yellow Chartreuse and 3 dashes of dark walnut bitters to an ice filled mixing glass and stir well.
  • Strain into a lowball glass filled with cubed ice.
