Pop Goes The Cherry

Tart and sweet, a cherry-infused sipper for the ages. Set off Black Barrel nutty notes of spice, vanilla sweetness and sherry fruit with this maraschino zinger.

  • 40ml Jameson Black Barrel
  • 15ml Cherry Brandy
  • 12ml Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 barspoon Grapefruit Sherbet
  • 5 dashes of Sloe Berry Bitters
  • Stir together 40ml Jameson Black Barrel, 15ml Cherry Brandy, 12ml Maraschine Liqueur, 1 barspoon of Grapefruit Sherbet and 5 dashes of Sloe Berry Bitters and julep strain into a glass.
