The third installment of the Bow Street Sessions kicked off on Thursday, February 4th with extraordinary performances from Otherkin, Dublin Gospel Choir and special guest Maverick Sabre. The three acts wowed fans in the iconic surroundings of the Old Jameson Distillery in Smithfield, and in keeping with the Jameson tradition of hospitality, guests were treated to a unique night of original collaborations and a few “you should have been there” covers.
The Irish choir group ‘Dublin Gospel Choir’ joined forces with both Maverick Sabre and Otherkin to provide genre straddling renditions of some of their most anthemic songs. Other highlights on the night included Maverick Sabre’s cover of the Chaka Khan classic ‘Ain’t nobody loves me better’ and the Wexford-London rapper’s duet with Dublin Gospel Choir for a version of Adele’s massive hit ‘Hello’ (Not a sentence you read everyday).
