• 2 parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • 0.5 part St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.75 parts fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 parts sugar syrup
  • 2 cucumber chunks


  • Muddle cucumber and combine ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fine-strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
