Ingredients

  • 50ml Jameson Black Barrel
  • 50ml ginger beer
  • 25ml freshly-squeezed pink or ruby red grapefruit juice
  • Smoked salt

Method

  • Mix the ice, whiskey, ginger beer and juice in a glass
  • Garnish with a pair of grapefruit half slices
  • Dip a corner of one of the grapefruit slices in the smoked salt and drop into the drink
  • You can apply salt to the rim of the glass to make a salty wolfhound
