Ingredients

  • 1.5 parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • 0.5 parts Pernod Absinthe
  • 1 part fresh apple juice
  • 0.75 parts fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 parts sugar syrup

Method

  • Combine ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with an apple slice and freshly grated nutmeg.
