• 2 parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • 0.75 parts fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 parts ginger syrup
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters


  • Combine ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Fill the balance with ginger ale or soda water.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge.
