- 50ml Jameson Black Barrel
- 20ml Apricot Jam Syrup
- 10ml Fresh Lemon
- 50ml chilled Earl Grey tea
- 2 dashes of Cardamom Liqueur
- 2 dashes of Peach Bitters
- Shake together 50ml Jameson Black Barrel, 20ml apricot jam syrup, 10ml fresh lemon, 50ml chilled Earl Grey tea, 2 dashes of Cardamom Bitters and 2 dashes of Peach Bitters together & strain into an ice-filled highball.
