Here's a Jameson twist on a classic whiskey sour, inspired by Houston's famous BBQ culture. Instead of lemon, this version goes with grapefruit and lime, and is really as simple as they come. Finish it all up with a smoked salt rim, and you'll be ready to paint the town and the front porch.
- 1 part Jameson Black Barrel
- ½ part Simple Syrup
- ½ part Grapefruit Juice
- ½ part Lime Juice
- Smoked Salt
- Grapefruit Triangle
- Build in shaking tin
- Add ice and shake
- Use smoked salt for the rim
- Fine strain into a rocks glass
- Garnish with grapefruit triangle
