A deliciously fresh cocktail for any time of year!
ABV: 6.1%
- 25ml Jameson
- 30ml coconut water
- 30ml pineapple
- 20ml lime juice
- 15ml 1:1 simple syrup
- 60ml session Pale Ale
- To make simple syrup: Add 250g boiling water to 250g white granulated sugar and stir well to dissolve. Bottle and refrigerate. Use within two weeks.
- Shake all ingredients except beer in a shaker with ice.
- Strain into a chilled highball glass/ collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with beer and garnish with two pineapple leaves.
