Belle of the Ball

Jameson Black Barrel finishes with the richness and intensity of toasted wood and vanilla. Bartender Jackie Mooney uses it as a perfect compliment to the vanilla flavors in this easy-to-make cocktail from Austin’s West 6th Street.

  • 1.5 parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • 0.25 part Lime Juice
  • 1 part Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash Vanilla Extract
  • Combine Jameson Black Barrel, lime juice, simple syrup, and vanilla extract in a glass
  • Shake and strain over ice
  • Garnish with blackberries
