The nutty, rich vanilla notes of Jameson Black Barrel go down smooth with a taste of honey and lemon in this East Side-born cocktail crafted by bartender Olivia Gregg.

  • 1.75 parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • 0.25 parts St-Germain
  • 0.75 parts Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 parts Herbal Tea Infused Honey
  • 3 dashes Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
  • Combine Jameson Black Barrel, St-Germain, lemon juice, herbal tea infused honey, and Bittercube Bolivar Bitters in a tin
  • Shake and double strain over ice
  • Garnish with mint and absinthe
