15 ml Simple Syrup

1 Part Coconut water

Ice Cubes

1 Part Jameson Original

⅔ Parts Lime Juice

2 Parts Pale Ale

1 Part Pineapple
-
Pineapple Leave

½ Parts Simple Syrup
How to make Tikier Than Thou

Shake all ingredients except beer in a shaker with ice.

Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.

Top with beer and garnish with two pineapple leaves.
