Jameson Strawberry Basil Irish Mule
A seasonal special served best with Ireland’s other great export… strawberries.
Ingredients

60 ml Jameson
-
5 strawberries
-
5 basil leaves
-
22.5 ml fresh-squeezed lime juice
-
Crushed ice
-
Ginger beer to top
-
2 Parts Jameson
-
5 strawberries
-
5 basil leaves

¾ Parts fresh-squeezed lime juice
-
Crushed ice
-
Ginger beer to top
How to make
-
Add strawberries and basil to the bottom of the shaker.

Pour the lime juice on top, then muddle the strawberries.

Add the Jameson, then ice and shake.

Strain into old fashioned glass full of crushed ice.

Top with ginger beer.

Garnish with basil and strawberry.
