  • 1 Piece Fennel
  • 40 ml Jameson Black Barrel
  • 2 Dashes Jameson Seaweed Bitters
  • 15 ml Orange & Fennel Syrup
  • ½ Parts Aquavit
  • 1 Piece Fennel
  • 1⅓ Parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • Part Jameson Seaweed Bitters
  • ½ Parts Orange & Fennel Syrup

How to make

  1. In a mixing glass, combine the Jameson Black Barrel with the Aquavit, the orange and fennel syrup. Add a dash of Jameson Seaweed Bitters

  2. Stir & strain into a pre-chilled coupe.
