Loaded Fries

Like the cheer of Match Day, our Loaded Fries unite everyone in the room. The spicy kick of pepper and paprika keeps everyone on their toes and the subtle hint of whiskey tastes just as good as a victory goal.


  • 1 bag of oven fries
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • Whiskey onion marmalade
  • 4 slices of cooked streaky bacon
  • Some chives

Recipe Steps:

  1. Preheat your oven to 190ºC. Get your fries on a tray and cover them in cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, salt and white pepper. Shake to coat them all and then pop into the oven for about 20-25 minutes to cook.
  2. Remove the tray of fries and transfer to an oven proof serving dish. Top with both cheeses. Cheddar tastes the best but mozzarella gives you that stringiness. Add whiskey onion marmalade and a bit more cheese. Chop your bacon into bits and whack that on too then pop under a hot grill until the cheese is nice and melty.
  3. Top with fresh chopped chives and tuck in.
