Peanut Butter Noodles
These Peanut Butter Noodles are almost too easy and boy do those flavours pack a punch. With a kick of ginger, garlic and honey, the dish is topped with chilli oil and sesame seeds for an extra surprise. Thank us later.
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 2 packs pre-cooked udon noodles
- Tablespoon soy sauce
- Tablespoon honey
- Black pepper
- Small knob of ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons crispy chilli oil
- 2 spring onions
- Tablespoon of crispy onions
- Handful of coriander
- Sesame seeds
Recipe Steps:
- Get yourself a mixing bowl and mix peanut butter with honey, black pepper, soy sauce, grated ginger and a grated garlic clove. Chop up 2 spring onions and your coriander. Add half the spring onion and coriander to the mixture. If it is looking a bit gloopy whisk in some water to loosen it up.
- Cook your noodles and add them to the mixture, tossing them and coating them in sticky peanut butter magic.
- Serve up and top with chilli oil, sesame seeds, coriander and spring onions. Crispy onions are also nice to add texture!
