    Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml
    Simple Syrup
  • Splash of Soda Water
  • 1½ Parts
    Jameson
  • 6-8 Watermelon Cubes
  • ¾ Parts
    Lemon Juice
  • ½ Parts
    Simple Syrup
  • Splash of Soda Water

How to make

  1. Muddle watermelon cubes, then add lemon juice, simple syrup, and Jameson in mason jar.

  2. Shake with ice and serve over fresh ice.

  3. Top with a splash of soda water. Enjoy!
