Label Shop Terms and Conditions

Jameson Whiskey invites you to create a personalized label for Jameson Original and Jameson Black Barrel products by visiting our website at https://jamesonwhiskey.com/en-us/label-shop and completing the fields and steps.

1. Open to individuals aged 21+.

2. Personalized labels are free. But each individual can order a maximum of two labels per month.

3. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Once submitted, applications cannot be modified.

4. Personalization of label text have a maximum of 30 characters.

5. All applicants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.

6. Applicants agree to not submit any objectionable or offensive material, or material that uses the intellectual property, including brand names, of any third-party. All submissions will be monitored and any offensive material will not be printed.

7. Personalized labels should not be sold by any means.

8. Owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the brand, the brand  reserves the right to withdraw this activity or amend any of its details if circumstances make this unavoidable but will use all reasonable efforts to minimize the effect to the participant to avoid consumer disappointment.

All labels are printed, shipped and fulfilled by HH Global and any personal information submitted will be subject to their privacy policy.
