Our Ambassador will show you around, take you back in time, and serve up an award-winning tour that includes stories, laughs, and a Jameson comparative whiskey tasting. You’ll also get to hear all about our ‘Grain to Glass’ process.

The tour begins with drink from a choice of a selection of Jameson signature serves, to enjoy whilst you explore our story gallery.

					Great place and customer service Great, would highly recommend. Would be great if we could see the ‘background’ storage production or so instead of just the tasting room with presentation. The hostess was funny and very knowledgeable, many thanks. I had mistakingly booked at the other venue and the customer service was amazing they rebooked me with a smile for a tour 15 minutes later.

					Whisky in Dublin I don’t like whiskey, but the tour was really good. The guy holding it was like an actor giving a performance. Strange at first but amazing when you understood.

					Great Introduction to Whiskey Tasting This was a fantastic tour. I am not a whiskey drinker and found the history of the distillery and details about how it is made fascinating. Our guide was knowledgeable and made whiskey tasting approachable and enjoyable for all. I recommend extending your stay and ordering a drink from the bar – it was one of the best cocktails that I have ever had.

					Secret Tasting Experience – Well Worth It We did the Secret Tasting Experience which I highly recommend. The choice of whiskies was very good but our ambassdor, Robin, was great. She was entertaining with sharing history and personal experiences.

Are there non-alcoholic options available? I’m pregnant / driving / do not drink.

Yes, we offer a Non-Alcoholic ticket option priced at €15. This allows you to enjoy the full experience without whiskey tastings.

Are audio guides available in different languages?

Our tours are fully guided in English. However, we also offer audio guide–style tours in French and German which are currently open for bookings. We are committed to making our experience more inclusive by continuing to expand our range of language offerings.

Can I bring children on the tour?

Children are welcome on the Bow St. Experience Tour only. Admission is free for children under 12, while those aged 12 and over require a ticket priced at €12.

Is the experience wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the entire facility is fully wheelchair accessible.

Are stag and hen parties permitted on the tour?

Yes, we welcome group celebrations. However, we strongly recommend booking in advance through our reservations team to ensure the best experience. Offensive dressing is not permitted onsite.

Is Bow St. a working distillery?

No, Jameson Bow St. is no longer a working distillery. Whiskey production was relocated in 1975 to our distillery in Midleton, Co. Cork. Today, Bow St. operates as a visitor experience in the original distillery buildings, offering immersive tours that showcase our heritage, craft, and the story behind the world’s most famous Irish whiskey.
