The Black Barrel Apple
Create a delicious Black Apple to ward off bad spirits with Jameson Black Barrel.
Ingredients
- 
                50 ml Apple Juice
 - 
                1 Tablespoon Blackberry Liqueur
 - 
                10 ml Dry sherry
 - 
                Ice Cubes
 - 
                50 ml Jameson Black Barrel
 - 
                1 Wedge Lemon
 - 
                15 ml Lemon (Fresh)

							1⅔ Parts Apple Juice
 - 
							1 Tablespoon Blackberry Liqueur
 - 
							⅓ Parts Dry sherry
 - 
							Ice Cubes
 - 
							1⅔ Parts Jameson Black Barrel
 - 
							1 Wedge Lemon
 - 
							½ Parts Lemon (Fresh)
 
How to make

In a shaker half-filled with Ice, add the Jameson Black Barrel, the Dry Sherry, fresh lemon and Blackberry Liqueur. Shake for 3 minutes.
 - 
                        
Strain into an ice filled highball.
 - 
                        
Add the apple juice, and stir gently.
 - 
                        
Garnish with a nice lemon wedge.
