A signature drink straight out of Miami, Jameson-style. Take a traditional Cuban mojito, minus the rum, and add twice-charred Jameson Black Barrel for a minty cocktail that's with an appealing smokiness rather than over-the-top sweetness.
- 1 part Jameson Black Barrel
- ½ part Lime Juice
- ½ part Simple Syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- Mint Sprigs
- Build in rocks glass
- Stir and press mint leaves in bottom of glass
- Add ice
- Garnish with mint sprigs
