  • 50 ml Crested x Eight Degrees Original Gravity
  • 25 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 20 nl Pineapple syrup
  • none Soda water
  • 1⅔ Parts Crested x Eight Degrees Original Gravity
  • ⅚ Parts Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ⅔ Parts Pineapple syrup
  • Part Soda water
Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Fill a highball with ice.

  2. Pour whiskey, add lemon juice & pineapple syrup.

  3. Top off with soda water and crushed ice.

  4. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
