Ingredients for Orange You Glad You Came?

35 Ice Cubes

35 ml Jameson Stout Edition

20 ml Lemon Juice

30 ml Orange Cordial

Rosemary
-
100 ml Soda Water

35 Ice Cubes

1⅙ Parts Jameson Stout Edition

⅔ Parts Lemon Juice
-
1 Part Orange Cordial
-
Rosemary
-
3⅓ Parts Soda Water
How to make Orange You Glad You Came?

Build over ice in a highball glass.

Garnish with an orange zest or a sprig of rosemary.

To Make Orange Cordial: 6 oranges (0r 500ml OJ from a carton), 200g sugar.

Add the juice of the oranges, the zest of half an orange and sugar to a saucepan and heat on a medium low heat to dissolve the sugar. (You can keep the rest of the orange skins for garnishes if you like.)

Once sugar is dissolved, allow to cool before straining out the orange zest.

Bottle and refrigerate.
